During my stay as an intern at the Ayllón Art Residence, offered by the Complutense University of Madrid, my artistic practice focused on compiling elements that caught my attention in the Ayllón area, both in urban and natural settings. Within the urban environment: the medians and the Ayllón stickers on cars. The first element is very common in Spanish urban planning and its presence always raises many questions; the second is completely indigenous to the place, which accentuates its peculiarity.

In the natural environment around Ayllón, I wanted the photographs to be accompanied by the material elements they represented, so that a material sample would allow the viewer to connect directly with the archaeology of the Ayllón soil.
